OreDictionary Registration

This allows to add a new OreDictionary entry, or add items to an existing one:

Name should be quoted if it contains non-alphanumeric characters

regOreDict: B:piston => blockPiston // Creates a new OD entry with vanilla piston in it
regOredict: B:piston => "something:whatever" // Quote if name contains special characters
