Machine configuration
- Every machine has a configuration entry named “Enabled”, setting this to false will completely disable the machine.
- All machines have power-related parameters, refer to Power Configuration for explanation
- All chances are in percents (values should be 0 – 100)
- All tank sizes and fluid ammounts are in MilliBuckets

- SecretMutationChance – Chance that secret mutation will be selected over a normal one. Has no effect if only secret mutations are present.
